Healthy Heart Program

The primary goals of cardiac rehabilitation are to improve cardiovascular health, enhance recovery after heart events, and reduce the risk of future heart problems

We offer a comprehensive education and exercise program designed for people who have heart disease, particularly those recovering from a cardiac event. Referrals will be accepted for prevention that have two of the following diagnoses: hypertension, diabetes, past or current smoker, hypercholesterolemia, or family history of heart disease.

The program consists of three 1-hour individual education/exercise sessions.

Topics will include:

  • Risk Factors
  • Medications
  • Diet
  • Topic of Participant’s Choice
  • Healthy Heart Registration Information

The Healthy Heart Program is completely free of charge—there’s no cost to participate! Whether you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular health, learn about nutrition, or get support for lifestyle changes, this program is accessible to everyone.
