Algonquin Family Health Team (AFHT) is a team of inter-professional health care providers and Family Physicians in Huntsville. Our mission is to provide our community with patient-centered quality health care using evidence and team-based care. Our vision is to deliver excellent team-based primary care and lead the way for equitable access to health care services.
The AFHT is currently seeking a volunteer Director to serve on our Board for a three-year term.
